Arrested: Tabithia Stephens (F) (35) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers made contact with Ms. Stephens. A computer check revealed she was wanted on a Champaign Co. warrant. Ms. Stephens was issued an NTA to appear in Champaign County Court.

 

Disobeying Traffic Control Device (Stop Sign); Operating Uninsured Vehicle H25-1404

Time: 12:20 a.m.

Location: N. Dixie Hwy./W. Young Ave.

Cited: Renee Chandler (F) (51) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Chandler was cited for the above violations. She was given NTA’s for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.

 

 

Wanted on Vermilion County Warrant (24CM415) H25-1423 2025-1541

Time: 11:32 p.m.

Location: 400 Blk. of E. Washington St.

Cited: Olivia Strawser (F) (31)

Details: HPD officers were conducting a premise check. Ms. Strawser was located at the residence and a computer check revealed her to be wanted on a Vermilion County Warrant. Ms. Strawser was taken into custody and processed at HPD then later transported to the PSB in Danville for arraignment.
