Violation of Order of Protection H25-1562 2025-1718

Location: 400 Blk. of W. Lincoln St.

Arrested: Delores Frazier (F) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers made contact with Ms. Frazier after a computer check revealed she was in violation of an Order of Protection. Ms. Frazier was processed at HPD then was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Criminal Damage to Property

Location: 500 blk N 10th Av

Complainant: 20-year-old Hoopeston male

Arrested: Gail Savage (M) (66) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of criminal damage to a vehicle. After an

investigation, Mr. Savage was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later

released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County.

 

Driving While License Suspended, No Insurance H25-1519

Time: 11:06am

Location: 300 blk E Main St

Arrested: David Clark (M) (18) of Henning

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Clark was driving for a traffic violation. A computer

check revealed his driver’s license was suspended. He was arrested and taken to HPD

to be processed. He was later released with traffic citations and traffic court date.
