Details: HPD Officers were called to the above location. Upon investigation Mr. Rossolille was arrested on the above charge. He was processed at HPD then was transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Tate was driving for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed his registration was suspended and his driver’s license was expired. He was given 3 traffic citations and given a traffic court date.

Unit #1: 2013 Buick driven by Lyndon Brown (M) (46) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2009 Chevy driven by Carroll Jerome (M) (46) of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was traveling southbound on S 1st Ave when it disregarded the stop sign at the intersection striking Unit 2 in the front driver’s side. The driver of Unit 1 was issued citations for Disobeying Traffic Control Device and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Both vehicles were insured, and no injuries were reported.

Arrested: Nathaniel Perkins (M) (30) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for Mr. Perkins being at the property. Mr. Perkins was cited then released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Deno was driving for a traffic violation. A computer

check revealed she didn’t have a valid driver’s license. She was arrested and taken to HPD

to be processed. She was released with a NTA for obstructing identification, 3 traffic citations and Vermilion County court date.

A wallet belonging to Emmitt Wood was located. The owner may claim at HPD.

Arrested: Belinda Solis (F) (41) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers located Ms. Solis after a computer check revealed she had an active warrant. She was taken into custody and processed at HPD then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
