Possession of Methamphetamine H25-2020

Time: 11:40 a.m.

Location: 200 Block of North 9th Ave.

Arrested: Gage Fouse (M) (30) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers stopped a vehicle at the above location for a traffic complaint. Mr. Fouse was a passenger in this vehicle, and it was found that he had meth on his person. He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing, then later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.

Location: S. 4th St./E. Penn St.

Cited: Jden Burks (M) (21) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed Mr. Burks driving on the above violation. He was cited and released from the scene with an NTA for Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

After speaking with both parties, Ms. Palomo was issued an NTA for Hoopeston City Court.

 

Wanted on Vermilion County Warrant Time: Location: 6:40 p.m. H25-2042 714 W. Orange St., Hoopeston Marathon Arrested: Details: William Thomas (M) (51) of Hoopeston Mr. Thomas was arrested at the above location on a Vermilion County warrant for Failure To Appear. He was taken to the Hoopeston Police Department for processing then transported to the PSB in Danville in lieu of bond.
