Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Torres was cited for the above charge and released from the scene with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.

 

Driving While License Suspended H25-2114

Time: 10:57 p.m.

Location: W. Chestnut St. & S. 5th Ave.

Arrested: Darin Hurt (M) (53) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. A computer check revealed that Mr. Hurt had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing. He was later released with a citation for the above charge and a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County Court.
