Cited: Nicolas Green (M) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed Mr. Green to be driving on the above violation. Officers cited Mr. Green for the above charges. Mr. Green was released from the scene with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.

 

Wanted on a Champaign County H25-2321, 2025-2594

Time: 4:30 p.m.

Location: 700 Blk of W. Washington St.

Arrested: Joshua Kempen (M) (35) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers located Mr. Kempen in the above area. A computer check revealed he was wanted on a Champaign County warrant. He was arrested and brought to HPD for processing. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await transportation to Champaign County.
