Domestic Battery, Agg. Battery, Agg. Assault, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (H25-2568)

Arrested: Austin Johnston (M) (30) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to Carle ER where they received a complaint from a 58-year-

old Hoopeston male that occurred in the above area. After an investigation was carried out officers located Mr. Johnson and transported him to HPD for further investigation, where he then was arrested on the above charges, processed and transported to the Danville PSB to await arraignment.
