Complainant: 64-year-old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Jordan Carswell (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of domestic violence. After an

investigation, Mr. Carswell was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He

was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Wanted on Champaign Co Warrant (22CM160-No Bond) H25-3045

Time: 4:35pm

Location: 300 blk of E Seminary Ave

Arrested: Linsey Warner (F) (37) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers made contact with Ms. Warner in the above location. After a computer check revealed Ms. Warner had a valid warrant out of Champaign County, she was arrested, brought to HPD for processing, and later released with an NTA for Champaign County Court.

 

Retail Theft (Under $300) H25-3046

Time: 4:38 p.m.

Location: 714 W. Orange St. – Marathon Gas Station

Arrested: 17-year-old (F) juvenile of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a report of retail theft. The juvenile was located and transported to HPD then was released to the custody of an adult.
