Arrested: Kenneth Sweet (M) (59) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a call after receiving a complaint. Following an investigation, officers located Mr. Sweet and arrested him for the above charge. He was taken to HPD for processing, then later transferred to the PSB in Vermilion County to await arraignment.

Cited: Mary Vaughn (F) (51) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Ms. Vaughn was cited for the above violations. She and her passenger were released from the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
