(M) (39) of Ambia, IN HPD located the above subject from a previous report of theft of vehicle. Mr. Arms was taken into custody and transported to HPD for processing. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville, IL to await arraignment. 

Traffic Accident Date/Time: 5/23/2025 @ 6:58 pm Location: H25-3114 E 4300 North / N Market St, Floral Hill Cemetery Unit #2: Unit #1: Details: A 2020 Chevy Silverado driven by Don McKinnis (M) (71) of Otterbein A water faucet located on the above property Unit #2 traveling North bound on Cemetery Rd, turned East into the cemetery and struck a water faucet. Hoopeston water and cemetery departments responded to assist with the incident. No tickets or injuries were reported.

After confirmation from a computer check, Ms. Wisdom was cited for the above charges and released from the scene with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.
