Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Ms. Palomo was cited for the above violations and released from the scene with NTA’s for Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene

 

Operating Uninsured Vehicle H25-3301

Location: N. 5th St. / E. Seminary Ave.

Cited: Kylie Schwartz (F) (30) of Watseka, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Ms. Schwartz was cited for no insurance. She was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.

 

 

Possession of Alcohol (Under 21); Illegal Transportation of Alcohol; Illegal Possession of

Cannabis (Under 21); No Front License Plate H25-3304

Location: E. Penn St. / S. Market St.

Arrested: Landin Mills (M) (20) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Mills was arrested on the above charges, brought to HPD for processing then released with NTA’s for Vermilion County Court.

 

Driving While License Revoked H25-3306

Time: 3:24 pm

Location: 500 blk S 2nd Av

Arrested: Camden Smithers (M) (19) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the 4 wheeler Mr. Smithers was driving. A computer check

revealed his license was revoked. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be

processed. He was later released with a traffic citation and traffic court date.
