Ms. Perkins reported her vehicle to have been struck in the driver side rear-bumper causing damage to the bumper and rear tail light. Unit 2 was insured.

Location of Arrest: HPD

Arrested: Heather Rogers (F) (40) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a complaint by a 77-year-old female. Upon investigation, Ms. Rogers was arrested on the above charges. She was processed at HPD then was transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
