Aggravated Battery of an Elderly Person; Aggravated Battery on Public Way

Location: W. Penn St./S. 6th Ave.

Arrested: Landyn Wallace (M) (18) of Milford

Details: HPD officers responded to a battery call at the above intersection. Upon investigation, Mr. Wallace was located and arrested on the above charges, brought to HPD for processing then was transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
