Arrested: Patrick Henning (M) (52) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers located Mr. Henning at the above location. He was arrested, brought to the HPD for processing then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment.

Cited: Joe Stockwell (M) (69) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Stockwell received citations for the above charges and was released from the scene with NTA’s for Vermilion County Court. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
