Illegal Consumption By a Minor H25-3752

Time: 7:49pm

Location: 800 blk of W Main

Arrested: Joseph Marroquin (M) (20) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers responded to the above location after receiving a complaint from a

23-year-old female. Officers made contact with Mr. Marroquin, arrested him for the above charge, and took him to the Hoopeston Police Station where he was processed and later released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.
