Arrested: David Baker (M) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to the above address for a disturbance. After investigating, Mr. Baker was arrested and taken into custody at HPD. He was processed and released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon investigation, Mr. Reynolds was arrested on the above charges. He was taken to

HPD to be processed and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
