Arrested: Tosha Allen (42) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location after receiving a report from a Hoopeston male. After an investigation, Ms. Allen was located, arrested for the above charge and brought to the Hoopeston Police Department for processing. Ms. Allen was later released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.
