Unit #1: 2019 Chevrolet Blazer driven by Kayla Crull (F) (16) of Potomac

Location: S Market / Cornjerker Way

Details: Unit 1, while driving East bound on Cornjerker Way from South Market , swerved to avoid striking a deer causing her vehicle to veer into the ditch. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to it being inoperable. No tickets or injuries were reported.

Location: E Thompson/Front St.

Cited: Landyn Wallace (M) (19) of Milford

Details: While on a traffic stop, an HPD Officer witnessed Mr. Wallace commit the above traffic violation. Mr. Wallace was stopped, issued a citation, and released from the scene.

 

Driving While License Suspended, Aggravated Reckless Driving, Obstructing Identification, Resisting a Peace Officer, Operation of Non-Highway Vehicle on Roadway, Horn's Improper Usage H25-5320 2025-6147

Time: 2:26am

Location: N Market St/4300 North Rd

Arrested: Matthew Goble (M) (20) of Hoopeston

Details: While on a traffic stop, HPD Officers witnessed a John Deere Gator ,driven by Mr. Goble, wreck North of their location. He was arrested for the above violations, taken to HPD for processing, then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment.

Location: N 9th/ E Young

Cited: Cohen Brown (M) (20) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers were dispatched to the area of 7th St & Wyman for a noise complaint. After investigation, Mr. Brown was stopped at the above location and released with a citation for the above traffic violation.
