Arrested: Saarah Ford (F) (25) of Freeport, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. During the stop, Ms. Ford failed to comply with officer instructions and fled the scene. After a pursuit through Hoopeston, Ms. Ford was apprehended north of Rossville on State Rte. 1 and charged with the above charges. She was taken into custody then brought to HPD for processing. She was later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.
