HFD, with the assistance of HPD and Rossville EMS, responded to the 400 Blk of E Washington @ 12:51 am for the odor of natural gas in the residence. All units cleared the scene.

Unit #1: 2012 Chevy Malibu driven by a 16-year-old (F) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by a 25-year-old (M) of Milford

Details: Unit #1, while attempting to turn Westbound on East Orange St., failed to stop and yield exiting the parking lot, struck Unit #2 who was traveling Westbound on East Orange St. Both Units were insured, towed from the scene, and no tickets or injuries were reported.
