Unit #1: 2010 Chrysler driven by Wanda Hauk (F) (61) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2000 Buick driven by Anthony Stebbins (M) (33) of Milford

Details: HPD, HFD and Arrow were dispatched to the report of a traffic accident. Unit 1 was

stopped facing southbound on N Dixie Hwy at the intersection waiting to turn east on

Thompson Ave. Unit #1 turned in front of Unit #2 who was travelling northbound on N Dixie Hwy. Unit #2 struck Unit #1. Arrow EMS transported 2 people from the scene. Both Units were insured, and the driver of Unit #1 was ticketed for failure to yield.

Cited: Austin Johnston (M)(30) of Hoopeston

Details: HFD and HPD were dispatched to the above location for an illegal burn. The fire was extinguished, and Mr. Johnston was cited with an NTA for Hoopeston City Court.
