Location: E. Orange St./S. 5th St.

Arrested: Aubrey Stephen (F) (24) of Rossville

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Stephen was found to be driving with the above violations. She was released from the scene with NTA’s for Vermilion County Court.
