Details: While on patrol, HPD officers witnessed the above subject commit the above offense. Mr. Smith was located, arrested for the above charge, and transported to the Danville Public Safety building to await arraignment.

Mr. Lane was later located, issued an NTA for Hoopeston Municipal Court, then was released from the scene.

Mr. Morgeson was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and was released from the scene.
