Arrested: Chad Allen (M) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched for a report of child abuse. Mr. Allen was located and taken into HPD custody. While at HPD, Mr. Allen was arrested and processed then was transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
