Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above address where they found Mr. Rivera and was charged with the above charges. Mr. Rivera was brought to HPD for processing and was released with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.

Cited: Kevin Lambert (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: While on patrol in the above area, HPD officers made contact with Mr. Lambert and issued him a city citation for the above ordinance violation. He was released from the scene with an NTA for Hoopeston City Court.
