Location: 400 blk S 2nd Av

Details: HFD, HPD and Arrow were dispatched to the report of a possible structure fire.

Upon investigation, it was smoke coming from a generator. No fire and all units

cleared scene.

Location: 500 Blk. of N. 7th Ave.

Arrested: Higinio Vela, Jr. (M) (59) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD received multiple calls for noise complaints. Mr. Vela was issued a Misdemeanor Complaint with an NTA for Vermilion County Court.
