Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above address. The above driver was unable to provide proof-of-insurance. Ms. Luna was released with an NTA for Vermilion County Traffic Court.

Warrant Arrest (McLean County) H25-7584 2025-9195

Location: 800 blk E Seminary Av

Arrested: Latisha Penka (F) (42) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers received information about a possible whereabouts of Ms. Penka.

When she was located, a computer check revealed she had an outstanding warrant

from McLean County. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await extradition.
