Unit 2: 2014 Ford Escape driven by Candy Edwards of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was driving westbound on E. Penn St. and failed to stop at the stop sign. Unit 1 struck Unit 2, which was driving northbound on S. Fifth St. Unit 1 was found to be at fault, and the driver was released from the scene with NTA’s for Vermilion County Court. No injuries were reported and Unit 2 was insured.
