Unit 2: 1999 Chevrolet Truck driven by Nathan Norris of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was driving northbound on S. Dixie Highway and Failed to stop. Unit 1 struck unit 2, which was driving eastbound on W. Orange St. Unit 1 was found at fault. Both drivers were released from the scene. No citations, no injuries, both vehicles were insured.
