Details: Unit 1 was attempting to turn northbound when they struck unit 2 while stopped at a stop sign. Unit 1s driver was issued citations for the above charges and an NTA for Vermilion County Court. Both units refused medical treatment, both drivers had valid license, and both drivers had valid insurance.
