Arrested: Kristie Terrell (F) (44) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location where they arrested Ms. Terrell for the above violations. She was taken to the Hoopeston Police Department for processing, then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment. Ms. Terrell’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
