Details: HPD officers took a report in reference to criminal damage to property. An

investigation led to Mr. Odom. He was arrested and processed at HPD. He was

later released with a Notice to Appear in Vermilion County court.

 

No Valid Driver's License, Operating Uninsured Vehicle H26-0250

Cited: Kathy Stancle (F) (45) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Ms. Stancle was driving for a traffic violation.

A computer check revealed her driver’s license was expired. She was given

2 traffic citations and a Vermilion County traffic court date.

 

Driving Vehicle While Registration Suspended for Mandatory Insurance H26-0256

Location: E Washington St. / S 3rd St.

Cited: Angelo Zamora (M) (40) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location, where they issued Mr. Zamora a citation for the above traffic violation. He was released from the scene and the vehicle was towed.

 

Traffic Accident H26-0257

Time: 8:09 p.m.

Location: 600 blk of W Washington

Unit #1: 2012 Jeep Wrangler, Driven by Josh Miller of Hoopeston

Unit #2: 2023 Chevrolet Sedan, Unoccupied

Details: Unit #1, while backing out of his driveway, struck Unit #2 which was parked on the roadway and unoccupied. Both units were insured, and no citations were issued.
