Arrested: Kevin Lambert (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers took a report from a Hoopeston male regarding a theft that occurred at the above location. An investigation led officers to locate Mr. Lambert and place him under arrest for the above offense. He was transported to the Hoopeston Police Department to be processed, then later released on an NTA in Vermilion County Court.
