Complainant: 19 year old Hoopeston male

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the area in reference to a theft report. An

electric scooter and tools were taken. An investigation continues.

 

Warrant Arrest (Department of Corrections) H26-0333 2026-0449

Time: 11:09pm

Location: 200 blk W Elm St

Arrested: Dontay Liddell (M) (24) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers went to the above location to search for Mr. Liddell. A computer

check confirmed he had an outstanding DOC warrant. He was arrested and taken

to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to

await extradition.
