Location: 700 Blk. of E. Lincoln St.

Arrested: Rogelio Rivera (M) (55) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers located Mr. Rivera after a computer check showed an active warrant. Mr. Rivera was arrested, transported to HPD for processing, then was later transported to the PSB in Danville by the VCSO to await arraignment.
