Arrested: Harlee Nelson (F) (26) of Loda, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Ms. Nelson was placed under arrest. She was processed at the Hoopeston Police Department and later released. Ms. Nelson was issued NTA’s for Vermilion County Court.

Details: HFD responded to a report of a possible structure fire. After arriving boxes were found to be burning, and no structure fire was discovered.
