Arrested: Lucas Brown (M) (33) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop. After an investigation at the scene, Mr. Brown was issued NTA’s for Vermilion County Court and was released from the scene.

 

Violation of Pretrial Release H26-0826 2026-1076

Time: 4:20 p.m.

Location: 824 S. Dixie Hwy

Arrested: Joseph Cannon (M) (53) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers observed Mr. Cannon was in Violation of his Pretrial Release. Mr. Cannon was arrested and taken into HPD custody for processing and later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
