Arrested: Jason Fairchild (M) (48) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were contacted about a battery that had occurred. After an investigation, officers located Mr. Fairchild and arrested him on the above charges. He was taken to HPD for processing and was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Burglary, Retail Theft (Under $300.00), Driving while License Revoked, Possession of Meth < 5gms, Possession of Paraphernalia H26-0929 2026-1161

Date of Arrest: 02/20/2026

Arrested: Ryan Nosler (M) (30) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers responded to Caseys for the report of retail theft which led the arrest of Mr. Nosler. He was processed at the Hoopeston Police Department for the above charges, issued an NTA for Vermilion Co. traffic court, then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment.
