Details: HFD responded to the above location for a ditch on fire. HPD officers responded to the above location to assist. Upon arrival they extinguished the fire, no injuries were reported and the scene was cleared.

Location: S. Market St. / E. Orange St.

Arrested: William Hughes (M) (36) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Hughes was placed under arrest. He was processed at HPD and later released. Mr. Hughes was issued NTA’s for Vermilion County Court.
