Arrested: Paul Odom Jr. (M) (29) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location where they arrested Mr. Odom for the above violations. He was then taken to Hoopeston Police Department for processing, then later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment. Mr. Odom’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Arrested: Travis Vigil (M) (30) of Hoopeston

Teresa Delaplain (F) (27) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a call in the above area, where they made contact with the above subjects. After receiving statements, officers placed each individual under arrest , processed them at HPD and transported them to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment.
