Arrested: Latisha Penka (F) (43) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to a call in the above location, where they arrested Ms. Penka on a confirmed warrant out of McLean Co. She was processed at HPD , then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await extradition.

Arrested: David Boyer (M) (21) of Rossville

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop in the above location. Mr. Boyer was arrested for the above violation, transported to HPD for processing, then later released with an NTA for Vermilion Co. court. Mr. Boyer’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
