Cited: Kyle Strand (M)(26) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Strand was found to be driving on the above violations. He was given NTA’s for Vermilion County Court and was released from the scene.

 

Wanted on Vigo County IN Warrant; Disobeying Stop Sign; Illegal Transportation of Alcohol; Driving While License Suspended H26-2196 2026-2977

Time: 1:03 a.m.

Location: 1111 S Dixie Highway (John Deere)

Arrested: Christopher Winn (M) (46) of Rossville, IL

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. A computer check revealed Mr. Winn had an outstanding Vigo County warrant and his driver’s license was suspended. He was arrested, brought to HPD for processing, and transported down to the PSB in Danville to await extradition.

Arrested: Celeste Binder (F) (33) of Hoopeston

Details: While on patrol HPD officers made contact with Ms. Binder due to active charges she had for Domestic Battery from a previous incident. In addition, it was confirmed that Ms. Binder had an active warrant out of Vermilion Co. Ms. Binder was placed under arrest, processed at HPD, then later transported to the Danville Public Safety Building to await arraignment.
