Dogs Running at Large H26-2331

Location: 512 E Thompson Ave

Cited: William Seiters (M)(59) of Hoopeston

Details: While HPD officers were out on patrol, several dogs were found to be running loose at the above location. Mr. Seiters was found to be the keeper of the dogs. He was then issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and released from the scene.

Arrested: Desiree Watson (F)(27) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for the report of an armed person. Upon arrival, officers spoke with Ms. Watson about the armed person. While conducting their investigation, a physical altercation occurred between Ms. Watson and another subject. She was arrested and brought to HPD to be processed. Ms. Watson was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and was released from HPD custody. No weapon was located.

Details: HPD officers responded to the above location for the report of an armed person. Upon arrival, officers located and spoke with Ms. Zarate. While conducting their investigation, a physical altercation occurred between Ms. Zarate and another subject. She was arrested and brought to HPD to be processed. Ms. Zarate was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court and was released from HPD custody.

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop in the above area where they found Mr. Barnes to be driving on the above traffic violations. He was issued citations with a mandatory court date in Vermilion Co. traffic court and released from the scene.

 

Wanted on an Iroquois Co. Warrant (25CF200 No Bond) H26-2359

Time: 11:23 p.m.

Location: 700 blk E Orange St

Arrested: Bayleah Moore (F) (26) of Hoopeston

Details: While on patrol in the above area, HPD Officers observed Ms. Moore, who they knew had an active warrant out of Iroquois Co. Officers made contact and arrested Ms. Moore after the warrant was confirmed. She was taken to HPD to await extradition by an Iroquois Co. Deputy.
