Cited: Brenda Linares (F) (62) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Ms. Linares was found to be driving on the above violation. She was given an NTA for Vermilion County Court and was released from the scene. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

 

Violation of Order of Protection H26-2385 2026-3257

Location: 700 Blk of Scotts Dr.

Arrested: Joshua Clifton (M) (42) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers made contact with Mr. Clifton. He was arrested and transported to HPD for processing. He was later transported to the PSB in Vermilion County to await arraignment.

 

Domestic Battery H26-2391 2026-3264

Time: 8:23a.m.

Location: 1112 Savannah Ct

Arrested: Cole Alkire (M) (28) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for a report of domestic battery from a Hoopeston female. Upon arrival, HPD officers made contact with Mr. Alkire and arrested him for the above charge. He was transported to the PSB in Danville to be processed and to await arraignment.
