Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of domestic battery. Mr. Cassady was

arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB

A debit card owned by Chase Miles was found on the sidewalk of 300 Blk of E Washington. The owner can identify and claim at HPD.

Arrested: Jeffrey Gaffney (M) (58) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers located Mr. Gaffney after a computer check showed an active warrant. Mr. Gaffney was arrested, transported to HPD for processing, then was later transported to the PSB in Danville by the VCSO to await arraignment
