Details: HFD responded to the above location for a fire alarm. No fire was located and the scene was cleared.

Location: N 4th St/E Seminary Ave

Arrested: Joshua Morgeson (M) (46) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Mr. Morgeson was found to be driving on the above violation. Mr. Morgeson was placed under arrest, transported to HPD and was processed. He was issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court then released from HPD custody.
