Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Battery to a Child Under 13, Domestic Battery

Time: 1:56 p.m.

Location: 500 blk W Elm St.

Arrested: Autumn Paris (F) (29) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD Officers received a report of an incident that occurred in the above area. Officers located Ms. Paris and following an investigation, placed her under arrest for the above charges. Ms. Paris was processed at the Hoopeston Police Department, then later transported to the Danville Public Safety building to await arraignment.
