Date/Time of Arrest: 6/24/2026 @ 4:46p.m.

Location of Arrest: 600 Blk of E McCracken Ave

Arrested: Kevin Lambert (M) (39) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers located Mr. Lambert after an investigation for the above charges. Mr. Lambert was arrested, transported to HPD for processing, and was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

Criminal Trespass to Property H26-3237

Time: 6:20 p.m.

Location: 400 Blk. of W. Maple St.

Arrested: Anita Miller (F) (55) of Hoopeston

Arrested: Joe Ross (M) (23) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers responded to the report of individuals occupying a property without permission. Upon arrival the individuals were issued NTA’s for Vermilion County Court and were released from the scene.
