Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above area for suspicious activity. Mr. Torres was located and issued an NTA for Vermilion County Court then was released from the scene.

Arrested: Gerardo Torres (M) (45) of Hoopeston

Details: Known to have an active warrant, HPD officers located Mr. Torres. He was taken into custody and processed at HPD. He was later transported to the Public Safety Building in Danville to await extradition.

Details: HPD Officers conducted a traffic stop at the above location where they issued Mr. Vigil citations for the above traffic violations then released him from the scene on an NTA in Vermilion Co. Traffic Court.
