Details: Unit #1 traveling Westbound on E. Orange struck Unit #2 in the rear, who was stopped at the railroad crossing. Unit #1 was towed due to it being inoperable and the driver was released from the scene with citations and a mandatory court date in Vermilion Co. Traffic Court. No injuries were reported and both Units were insured.
